Bolt Beauty is a Los Angeles-based skin clinic founded in 2020, specializing in acne, rosacea, psoriasis, and sensitive or sensitized skin. Led by one of the few Inflammatory Skin Condition Specialists in the country, Bolt Beauty takes a holistic, results driven approach that focuses on calming inflammation, repairing the barrier, and restoring skin health. Every treatment and product used is intentional, backed by science, and designed to simplify your routine- because real healing doesn’t come from a 12-step regimen, it comes from understanding your skin and supporting it every step of the way.
Inflammatory skin isn’t a diagnosis, it’s a condition state. It describes skin that’s chronically irritated, reactive, or out of balance. This includes acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, and sensitive or sensitized skin- all of which share one thing in common: inflammation.
Inflammation is your body’s natural defense response, but when it becomes overactive, it leads to redness, breakouts, burning, and barrier damage. Inflammatory skin needs calm, not correction. That means slowing down, rebuilding the barrier, and addressing what’s happening beneath the surface.
